Client Policies


Scheduling

To ensure that you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving Magnolia


When To Arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow for changing. For first-time to Magnolia appointments, we ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for orientation to our facility. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for treatment will remain the same.

For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

Communicating Your Suggestions and/or Preferences
We at Magnolia are always open to your thoughts. You can email us at [email protected] or speak with us in person. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.


Cell Phones
We like Magnolia to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. For the salon, we suggest that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate. For the spa, we suggest to leave cell phones and pagers at home or turn them off before entering the spa.

Gratuities
Magnolia pricing does not include gratuity.


Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the salon or spa enough time to fill the slot.

No Shows
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client fails to show.

Forms Of Payment Accepted
We regret we are unable to accept personal checks and Discover. We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates.

Product Returns or Exchanges
All product returns must be within 30 days. A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.

Children
Children under 8 years old are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain facial and nail treatments under the following guidelines: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to have any body treatments or massages.

This Is a Professional Spa Establishment
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your health, body and psyche. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.


All Prices are Subject to Change.

Returns and Exchanges

Magnolia Hair and Day Spa gift card policy complies with current laws. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. Magnolia gift cards do not expire. Magnolia gift cards are honored for dollar value only.
